ONE ON ONE WELCOME SESSION is our initial intake session - A one-time session, where we get to know you, and your intentions for seeking the healing modality of your choice: yoga - meditation - sound - reiki healing - combination sessions. Together we discern how we can best support your wellness goals and offer a healthy and fun experience.

This One-on-One Welcome Session is a very important session that will take the participant through a series of gentle movements to assess basic body movement and breath awareness - be guided through a breath awareness practice to prepare you for your sound healing meditation. Every session is completed with a reiki self-healing technique for you.

You will receive light seasonal refreshments, gifts of crystals, custom Essential Oil Blend, and other supporting materials based on your time with us.

A session is 120 mins. : $300
