HIKES + YOGA + FOOD

Sara + Drew live in Hudson Valley, New York, building and maintaining a wellness business that nourishes them as artists and wellness practitioners.

Gatherings and classes are offered by donation and you are invited to join in creating and maintaining a wellness community that supports the artists, the healers, the givers, and the doers.

1:1 HEALING SESSIONS

Experience solo retreats and one on one immersions that are unique to you. You may commit to a one-time session, a series of sessions, or a solo retreat lasting 3 - 5 - 8 days.

Join us for an at-home retreat experience supporting self-care that builds discipline and allows for rest and rejuvenation.

By blending hospitality and mind-body practices such as yoga - reiki - sound healing - meditation we can work together to be in harmony with the 5 elements and our true nature - happy, creative, strong, flexible, grateful, and peaceful.

WELLNESS RETREATS

Wellness retreats are NOT vacations - but gatherings for the healers, the artists, the teachers, the givers, and the doers wanting to rest and relax in ways that allow you to focus on your mental, physical, and emotional health.

Wellness Retreats with Sara + Drew often are in collaboration with other healers and venues that will enhance our time together in healthy ways and expand our good habits - all while participating in yoga and meditation, healthy eating, and natural spa therapies.
